Orientation Azimut founded by Sylvain St-Louis and Helene Brisebois, excel in GPS formation, map and compass orientation and forest survival.

Our passion, researches and experiences on the ground make us first headed and remarkable in this branch.

Due to GPS cards, Orientation Azimut sets itself apart from everybody else and is able to offer specialized courses with a majority of handle GPS existing models.

That is the reason why our consultant services are always in growth.

Sylvain St.Louis, is recognized like one of the best instructor in the forest orientation branch. He taught to Canadian army officers and since 1978, he taught to several hunters, fishermen, excursioners and navigators from all around the world.

Chronicler for RDS, the sports channel since 1997 for "Chasse et pêche sans limite" program. Also chronicler for different out door magazines.

Writer of the book "Savoir s'orienter en forêt" (with a 3rd edition since 1984) published at Quebecor editions distributed through Canada and Europe.

Administrative and marketing director
Helene Brisebois is also an experienced instructor in maps and compass, GPS and forest survival. She organises and leads treasure hunts, several rallys and competitions.

Her numerous years of teaching, directing and forming reservist groups, hunters, fishermen and Aïcha gazelle, represents a sure value. She can easily show you the operations to follow for GPS operation on all its angles on presently over 30 models.


Instructor
Luc Thibault followed a military formation since already, more than 25 years in Namao, Alberta, Canada on forest survival. He teachs for us since that time this subject and the orientation with maps and compass. His number of field courses is more than impressive.
